Compressor Technique Sales Engineer

Job summary: a result driven sales person with engineering background that will represent the company in Moldova within the compressor, industrial equipment sales. Will report to National Sales Manager in Romania.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Promote the sales of company’s equipment, achieving the company’s annual projection targets for sales, turnover, profitability, stock/inventory and market share in the range of products in the territory of Moldova
• Visit the clients on a regular basis, understand their needs and prepare customized technical proposals and commercial offers in Moldova
• Cooperate closely with the Service team to proactively responds to customer needs
• Consult with direct manager proposal details as pricing, type of product, parts, service, warranty
• Escalate any concerns, issues or requests with the immediate manager while preserving the respect towards your colleagues
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
• Experience in engineering and commercial, industrial equipment sales in Moldova at least 3-5 years (industrial compressors, machinery, equipment)
• Romanian, Russian- advanced, English – at least intermediate level
• Educational background in engineering
• Excellent interpersonal, organization and communication skills
• Open minded, PC literate, energetic and motivated individual
• Driving License – B category
