This is a remote, home-based position.
Scopic Software is the largest virtual software company in the world. We have almost 200 employees. All employees work from home. We develop custom software applications for clients in North America and Europe. The company is looking to hire a talented C++ image processing / analysis developer. This is a full-time position although we are open to part-time also, at least in the beginning. Work hours are flexible. Projects are interesting and challenging.
Requirements:
• Good English reading and writing skills
• Strong C++ programming ability
• Solid image processing / analysis experience.
• Experience with OpenCV.
• Experience and ability to implement state-of-the-art image processing algorithms.
• Experience with: object detection, features detection, descriptors; statistical, appearance models; machine learning; segmentation.
• Linux Experience.
• MatLab skills is a plus.
• 2+ years of development experience.
• Ability to work to a schedule and meet deadlines.
• Interest and discipline to work effectively from home.

This is a part-time (20 hours+/week) or full-time position.

Hourly rate range 13$-18$ per hour depends on experience.
