Technosoft, founded in 1977, is a software engineering company based in The Netherlands with offices in different European countries. We serve more than 1200 customers in the Engineering and Construction industry with specialized solutions and products including transparent calculation forms, both 2D and 3D structural analysis software, ERP project- management software. We also provide custom solutions and services. Our software development teams are located in both our Dutch and Moldovan offices.

For our Moldovan office, located in the Skytower business center in Chisinau, we are looking for:

Business Analyst
(Requirements Engineer)

Responsibilities:
• Performs feasibility analysis, scopes projects, and works with the project management team to prioritizes deliverables, and negotiate on product functionalities.
• Creates detailed Business Requirement Document (BRD) and translate it into functional specifications.
• Structures and prioritizes requirements
• Partners with development teams to provide reporting on software solutions.
• Participates in Integration Testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Functionality Testing.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business or IT
• 3+ years of experience working as a Functional, Data or Business Analyst
• 3+ years of customer interfacing experience – project oversight, customer presentation.
• Team player and positive attitude
• Good communication skills in English (both spoken and written), German or Dutch will be will be an asset
• Able to work independently, fast-learning and meet deadlines
• Strong analytical skills
