5* Luxury Hotel Chain in Dubai / Abu Dhabi (United Arab Emirates)

Job requirements/Cerinte:
• very good command of English
• presentably looking, physically fit (minimum 165 cm)
• previous experience in similar positions is a must

Summary job description/Responsabilitati de baza:
working closely to the company policies, hosting, greeting and seating guests, organizing and supervising and to ensure that quantity, quality and presentation of food provided to client was according to the company standards, ensuring all the operating equipment i.e. Linen, chinaware, glassware and other equipment are kept at par, taking orders from clients, assisting in all meal period buffet and plated service, pouring of juices, coffee, alcoholic beverages and cocktails, interfacing with senior level executives & guests ensuring satisfaction to the highest levels & oversee staff, ensuring that the highest quality of service is maintained in the assigned area and that the staff, follows the policies and procedures of the company, oversee that table settings and all equipment are used in the correct way, maintain all records as per company policies.
