A multinational Retail company is looking for an experienced Head of coding department, responsible for organising and supervising the activities of coding department and to ensure that work is carried out, correctly, efficiently and on time.

Requirements for the candidate:
1. University degree or equivalent through experience,
2.1-2 years relevant work experience preferably in the Retail environment,
3. Ability to work under strict deadlines,
4. Computer literacy,
5. Very good interpersonal skills,
6. Very good command of the English language,
7. Basic computer skills (i.e., word processing, spreadsheets),
8. Strong communication and training skills,
9. Demonstrated ability as a leader.

Main responsibilities:
• Manage a team of coders,
• To keep in touch with retailers,
• Meet daily and monthly goals,
• Analyzing reports to delegate chart flow, find and report trends, and other strategic processing,
• Train coders on how to accurately assign codes for each SKU,
• Ensure that the work quality is of the highest standards,
• Systematic organization and planning.
