The perfect candidate will have:
• English proficiency – writing, speaking and listening;
• Proficiency with personal computers and Microsoft Office applications (i.e., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Excellent communication skills
• Effective listening skills
• Familiarity with CRM systems
• Ability to work under stress
• Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
• Multi-tasking capabilities
• Proper phone etiquette required
• Be able to coordinate with employees of different departments in the company
• Availability for 2 shifts schedule: 14:00-22:00; 22:00- 06:00
Responsibilities:
• Handle and solve customer complaints by phone, email and chat
• Provide accurate and complete information by using the right tools
• Respond in a prompt manner to customer inquiries
• Provide appropriate solutions and alternatives and follow up to ensure resolution
• Handle various tasks in CRM system
• Prepare weekly reports according to business needs
