We operate a fantastic quality hotel. This property has 60 plus rooms, extensive conference and banqueting facilities and forms part of an international renowned hotel organisation. We are currently looking to recruit an Assistant Conference & Banqueting Manager.
In this role you will be responsible for the smooth and efficient running of this busy and popular venue. You will ensure all guests are provided with an efficient, friendly and professional service, ensuring that sales are maximised and all costs are controlled, whilst managing and developing your team. This is not a typical hotel and we are looking for an individual with the gravitas to manage a diverse venue.
To be considered for the post of Assistant C&B Manager the successful candidate will demonstrate a consistent employment background at management level within 4 / 5 star hotels. You will be competent in all management practices involved with managing people. In addition you will be a career driven individual who is passionate about delivering quality and standards.
