The unique approach to recruiting is applied, each candidate is selected through a rigorous problem solving interview and offered individual advice and structured interview preparation to selected individuals. The research team is based in Chisinau, Moldova.

Currently looking for a Research Specialist, to join its team in Chisinau office. The Research Specialist is responsible for analyzing the job market and should identify high potential candidates for specific job opportunities.

Responsibilities:

- Use multiple streams of data to find information and potential candidates;
- Identify high potential candidates on LinkedIn;
- Use the search criteria to generate a first list of candidates;
- Manage all the information in a professional database;
- Be in charge of other occasional tasks supporting the London-based team.

Requirements:

- Bachelor or Master degree;
- At least one year of relevant working experience;
- Fluency in English (written and spoken) and good comprehension of French;
- Very good online research and computer skills;
- Attention to details and organizational skills;
- Experience of working in an English or French speaking country, or in an international environment an advantage.
