We are looking for Action Script Developers who are fanatical about games and want to be part of a great successful team.

Our right candidate will have a demonstrated track record of high performance and teamwork, passion for games, and the ability to work in an extremely fast-paced environment. You must have strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, fluency in coding, algorithms, systems design, solid communication skills and a desire to solve complex problems of varying scale.

Position Type: Full-Time

Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills.
- experience with object-oriented programming.
- Can demonstrate a full mastery of Actionscript 3.0, good knowledge of OOP is required.
- Can code in a team.
- Uses 'best practices' in coding and development: good memory management, legibility, commenting, etc.
- Experience with data-driven Flash applications in conjunction with PHP/MySQL backends.
- Expertise in using Flash Components and expert understanding of Component architecture, experience building custom components.
- Ability to resolve complicated program tasks, algorithmic thinking, good at understanding complex code written by others, clean and optimized coding.
- Familiar with programming best practices, design patterns, be able to write accurate and documented code, be able to elaborate a clear and defined application workflow.
- Self motivated, proactive, disciplined and responsible person, passionate about games.
- We expect our candidate to learn quickly, take the initiative to learn more by using internet resources and collaborate with team.

You will be responsible for:
- Creating, testing, debugging and documenting existing and new applications, CPU/Memory optimization.
- Create intense graphical and rich user interface applications, games integrate new and existing applications with back-end services.
- Being familiar and able to apply with a variety of the field’s concepts, practices, and procedures, as well as a wide degree of creativity and latitude, are also expected.
