We are looking for a passionate HR Specialist who can gain rapid understanding of complex business, who is a knowledgeable in HR best practices and willing to grow and develop new skills.

As Human Resources Specialist, you will be the key local HR contact for all managers and employees in our office in Chisinau. You will present and represent Company HR policies, processes and philosophy to employees and managers and support the implementation of Human Resources programs such as performance management, focal reviews, learning & development, talent assessment, and benefits.

Key responsibilities:
- Evaluate and plan staffing needs of the company with close collaboration with top management
- Develop, implement and manage a centralized recruiting process.
- Implement, drive and facilitate the performance management process;
- Set up and coordinate effective internal communication practices to support the change process and to improve employee engagement and employee relations in general;
- Coordinate the Organizational Development & Training function, plan, execute and evaluate development initiatives.
- Recommend, develop, interpret and clarify personnel procedures and policies.-Prepare and maintain accurate records, files and reports, including responsibility for maintaining personnel records.

Qualifications:
- 2+ years relevant HR management experience; expertise in a dynamic growth environment
- University degree in Organizational Management, Psychology, Sociology or any related discipline.
- Good knowledge of the local labor regulations
- Multilingual, to include fluency in English, Romanian and Russian, both oral and written.
- Dynamic, positive, people-oriented attitude, with strong interpersonal and influencing skills
- Excellent multitasking & structured problem-solving skills
- Energetic and stress resistant.
- Candidates with previous working experience in IT companies will have a priority during selection.
