Requirements:
- Excellent spoken and/or written English or/and Frensh;
- High discipline and responsibility, self motivation and persistence;
- Should have previous experience in foreign companies;
- Very good presentation and negotiation skills;
- Good selling and costumer services abilities.
- Computer skills required (Browser, Email, Skype, Office Applications);
- Excellent writing and verbal communication skills, strong interpersonal skills;
- High discipline and responsibility, self motivation and persistence;
- High level of attention and accuracy;
Customer Service Representative Job Duties:
• Handles customer calls, chats and emails and responds to inquiries in a fast and appropriate manner;
• Attracts potential customers by answering service questions; suggesting information about our products or services.
• Follow up the orders, requests
• Performs various activities related to orders, such as:
- Inputting orders
- Planning and coordinating shipments
- Following up and communicating with Logistics department
- Performing the paperwork
- Problem solving
