• Ability to effectively prioritise, manage and complete multiple tasks or projects with a high level of professionalism
• Extremely well organised and responsible

• Fluent Romanian and English language
• Excellent communications skills
• Good knowledge in finance and economy
• Business oriented
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and specially advanced knowledge in Excel and Word programmes; experience to operate office equipment
• 2 – 3 years of experience on a similar position represents an advantage
• Loyal and responsible
• Capacity to work under pressure
• Available to travelling in the country and abroad
• Driver’s license.
Responsibilities:
• Managing multiple projects of international business development
• Preparing and/or reviewing specific reports and e-mails related to business development activity
• Using a range of office software, including email, Microsoft Office, spreadsheets and databases
• Writing reports for senior management and delivering presentations
• Managing relationships with customers and suppliers and responding to their enquiries and complaints
• Marketing and sales activities
Participating in meetings with clients and suppliers
