Business Development Executive - Chisinau / Balti
I. Position Details:
• Title: Business Development Executive (BDE)
• Location: Chisinau/Balti, Moldova
II. Role
The role of a BDE will be to sell our consultants’ services to potential international clients. Initial business contact is done through cold calling / cold emailing and other electronic means.
III. In respect of the candidate profile:
• University degree;
• Previous B2B SALES experience would be an asset, experience in direct sales, sales of Services;
IV. Skills and Competencies
A BDE must show a good level of the following skills, competencies and personal values to perform to the P&P standards and to sustain P&P values:
• Fluent spoken and written English;
• Other foreign language(s) is an advantage;
• Manage high stress/pressure situations & exceptional ability for solving problems & issues within the team, as well as towards the “internal & external clients” with win-win approach;
• Computer literate, including MS Office;
• Hardworking and working with minimum guidance towards agreed targets and deadlines;
• High ethical and professional standards;
• Ability to sell and build business relationships on multi-national and multi-cultural platform;
• Understanding of the business environment and international organizational structuring;
• Goal oriented, determined, positive, strategical thinking, patient, persistent, attention to detail attitude.
