DuPont Crop Protection is a part of DuPont Group of Companies and now we are looking for Sales Consultant to support growing operations of the company in Moldova.
The role:
To increase market penetration and CPP demand creation in North and/or South part of Moldova. To increase DuPont market knowledge in the mentioned area.
Key Responsibilities:
• Promote and sell CPP products and services within assigned geographic area,
• Identify business opportunities in the are of responsibility that will contribute to the CPP short and long term goals,
• Provide ongoing support to high value clients ensuring they receive high quality customer service,
• Planning, building and realization of sales plans,
• Responsibility for direct sales/promotion process, aiming at meeting /or executing sales targets,
• Identify any field issues and give proper solution to the end user.
• Possess very detailed product knowledge as well as through knowledge of client’s business,
• Support for distributors sales staff in technical knowledge,
Key Requirements:
• Agronomical education
• Moldavian/Romanian and Russian /Ukrainian languages
• Better to have practical experiences as agronomist
• Even better to have 1-2 years of sales experience in agricultural industry.
• Knowledge of local agriculture industry.
• Need to have base computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint,).
• Driving license and own car
• Permanent focus on customers.
• Proper negotiations and communications skills.
• Proper interpersonal & presentations skills.
• Hard worker and honest
