Duty station: Chisinau, Moldova
Job responsibilities:
• Draft and post job advertisements in all relevant media
• Maintain active networking and database search
• Identify highly qualified and motivated staff and project based consultants
• Evaluate candidates and monitor recruitment procedures (interviews, reference checks, testing, and hire)
• Create shortlist of candidates for management approval
• Prepare and edit CVs of experts in the required format
• Work on streamlining recruitment processes
• Prepare and analyse recruitment statistics
• Contribute to overall company development
Requirements:
• Degree in Economics, Banking and Finance or related field
• Knowledge of HR and recruitment procedures will be an advantage
• Excellent command of English and Russian, both spoken and written
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• High stress tolerance and ability to cope well with deadlines
