RESPONSIBILITIES:
•Facilitate, support & implement changes to enhance effectiveness and excellent business results
•Act as a business partner with the various managers by supporting them to achieve their objectives
•Enhance effective communication in order to maintain employee satisfaction
•Develop performance management culture, training, development and talent management
•Manage the transformation and change management processes in a smooth and efficient manner
•Integrate across all HR functions to develop solutions that address organizational issues
•Identify and manage opportunities where HR can add value to the business
•Facilitate long-term initiatives aligned with the business strategic agenda
•Ensure that a strong leadership and coaching culture permeates the organization
•Ensure the labor and audit compliance.
QUALIFICATION AND REQUIREMENTS
•Bachelor degree. Master degree is a plus.
•Work experience: 7 plus years of experience in large or medium-sized enterprises, 3 plus years of relevant HR operations management experience;
•Experienced with organizational change management
•A good command of expertise of HR management and enterprise culture development
•Ability to organize, coordinate, communicate, and continuously learn
•Excellent knowledge of the legal frame and requirements
•Ability to recognize and mitigate risks
•Ability to communicate effectively in English
•Understanding and asserting the company’s culture and values
•MS Office knowledge.
