HR-Consulting (www.search4staff.com) on behalf of its client, an international company, is looking for candidates to fill the position of:

Administrative Assistant

The company:
Branch of one of the world leaders in water and irrigation systems

Responsibilities:
•Manages the agenda of the Director General;
•Organizes the agenda within the company.
•Announces meetings organized within the company;
•Deals with the drafting of the various documents necessary for the development of the activity within the company.
•Drafts order forms for materials necessary in the company;
•Elaborates, distributes and sends the correspondence related to the activity of the company;
•Elaborates a series of records specific to the activities developed within the company.
•Manage the registration, follow up, distribution and/ or posting of mail
•Answer, process and/ or transfer telephone calls

Qualifications & Experience:
•University Degree
•Experience – will be a plus
•Fluent in English; Fluent in French (will be a plus)
•Good MS Office skills,
•Flexibility, organized consciousness, sociability.
