This is a full time position, based in our Chisinau office.
Atomate is a software development company focused on web, desktop and mobile platforms. We plan, design and develop user friendly and efficient software for high profile clients throughout the world. We are based in London, UK with an additional development office in Eastern Europe, Moldova.
We are looking for a high-performing IT Sales Manager to help us meet our client acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative. You will be responsible for maximizing our company’s sales potential, crafting sales plans while identifying emerging markets.
Responsibilities
Effectively maintain, retain and build long-term relationships with existing and future clients by partnering with them and understanding their needs
Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s client base and ensure it’s strong presence
Continue education learning about improved sales techniques
Required skills and qualifications
2 years prior sales experience typically preferred
Understanding of software development process and terminology is required
English: Fluent and advanced knowledge required
Ability to recognise other sales opportunities within existing client base
Highly organized and efficient
Demonstrate excellent communication and follow-up skills
Self-motivated and able to work independently
Show consistent professionalism and good judgement
Education
University/Academic background preferred
Good sense of humor is required.
