The recruiting company "JOBMATCH" on behalf of its client is looking for candidates for the position of CUSTOMER SUPPORT REPRESENTATIVE to join a foreign company located in Chisinau, Moldova

Position Summary:
To offer the information regarding the company’s products and services.

Main Responsibilities:
* Provide clients with support by phone and by e-mail;
* Handle complex customer queries and complaints;
* Retain the clients, solve the posibble conflicts.

Job Requirements:
* University Degree;
* Excellent communication skills (written, spoken, listening) in English;
* Experience in customer service is a benefit;
* High level of attention and accuracy.
