Main tasks:
- Accurate and timely data input into company’s and/or client’s database
- Create and process orders by means of written or electronic instructions of our customers
- Follow-up and planning of the administrative flow
- Communication with internal and external customers (written and by phone) in English
Requirements for candidate:
- University Degree (preferably Economic background)
- Excellent communication skills (written, spoken, listening) in Romanian and English; other languages are a benefit.
- Strong interpersonal and analytical skills
- Experience in customer service
- Able to work to multiple and overlapping deadlines; Attention to detail; Logical approach
- Practice in working with databases
- Advanced computer skills (MS WORD, EXCEL);
- Flexible, responsible, oriented to details
- Team player
