About Us:
MONDIA MANAGEMENT is a local company representing an international agency which provides linguistic services to worldwide companies.
Position Summary:
This is an ideal position for a professional sales person who is comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls on a daily basis.
Key Responsibilities:
• Sourcing prospective clients
• Cold calling potential clients
• Generate and develop non-customer accounts in order to increase revenue, through cold calling.
• Collaborate with sales team to optimize best practices.
• Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems; develop solutions; prepare reports; make recommendations to management.
• Keep management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, monthly and annual territory analyses and maintaining expense accounts.
• Perform updating and maintenance of customer database including contact names, e-mail and contact numbers for future sales.
Requirements:
• Strong phone and communication skills mandatory;
• Sales forecasting and customer service skills;
• Excellent command of English, a second foreign language will be a plus;
• Effective time management, organization and multi-tasking skills;
• Great team player who works well under pressure;
• 3+ years of outside sales experience;
• Self-motivated, positive attitude, and able to work well individually and within a team atmosphere.
