Sales Commercial Director

Conditions:
- Work in a large sewing, stable, dynamically developing company, which occupies a leading position in its market segment;

- Salary – 40.000 + % of sales

Responsibilities:
Strategic planning, defining the sales development strategy in finding customers for tailored clothes at own production.
Forming marketing, assortment, price policy of the company, the program of goods promotion on the foreign market (Europe)
Organization of sales channels
Control, study of consumer market, research of consumer demand, degree of customer satisfaction
Forming the budget of commercial block and control over its execution, preparation of the sales plan;
Determining the list of potential customers;
Negotiating with key clients;

Requirements:
Higher education;
Fluent English language; conversant — Spanish, Italian
Similar sales experience as Sales Director, Commercial Director (in textile manufacturing companies) - at least 3 years;
Successful experience in personal sales;
Skills of planning and prioritization, self-management;
high level negotiating skills , ability to express and prove his own opinion;
Analytical mind, leadership traits of character, responsibility, focus on results, flexibility;
Readiness for business trips (if necessary)
