Technical Project Management Officer NEW

General Overview:
The Technical Project Management Officer will have the responsibility to drive specific data analysis reporting requests (Excel based), run/adjust/create advanced reports (SQL based) and offer efficient tech solution (SharePoint integration based) for existent and new PMO processes. The Technical PMO also will assist in the definition and roll out of new processes and supporting both Endava and Client’s organisations to ascend on the CMMI ladder and operate under the P3O best practices model.

Technical PMO will offer support in project, programme and portfolio governance, will run reports, provide effective review and ideas to optimise and adapt existent processes.

This position will require regular interactions with UK PMO Lead, Endava Senior Group Stakeholders, PMO Team and CEMs.

Mandatory skills/abilities:
Technical skills:
Advanced Reporting. Excel: VB scripts; Macros;
SQL;
SharePoint 2010/2013 as Admin & Config.
Education to BA/BSc Level
Financial Literate / Good numeracy
Analytical skills
Attention to detail
Working under tight deadlines and stressful environment
Proactive attitude
Process oriented / system thinking
Clear communication skills (Develops good working relationships with clients and operates professionally at all times)
Very good English skills (Capable of working / communicating directly with client staff)

Desirable skills/abilities:
Project Office Experience(P3O) or Equivalent Project or Financial Management Experience
