Lead Graphic Designer

This is a remote, home-based position.

Scopic Software (www.scopicsoftware.com) is a US-based company that provides custom web, mobile, and desktop software solutions to our clients around the world. We have employees in more than 20 different countries all that work from the comfort of their own homes.
We are seeking a talented, hard-working, and passionate Lead Graphic Designer to join our team. In this position, you will be responsible for developing concepts, graphics, and layouts for web, desktop, and mobile platforms. In addition, you will estimate time necessary to create projects and provide feedback to fellow designers. Work is interesting and challenging.

Requirements:
• Good English skills (reading, writing, and speaking). Ability to present a project, discuss and understand how to revise for customer satisfaction, and work effectively in a team
• Previous experience in a Lead Designer role strongly preferred
• Proficiency in using Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and other design tools
• Talent in manipulating the various elements of visual communication
• Experience developing concepts, graphics, and layouts for web, desktop and mobile platforms
• A good understanding of UI/UX across web, mobile, and desktop platforms
• Experience wireframing and synthesizing using a system such as Balsamiq
• Creativity, originality and innovation in producing new ideas and concepts
• Experience using appropriate typographic art and fonts, pixel and vector art
• Accuracy and attention to detail
• Interest in learning and staying up-to-date with industry trends
• A stable internet connection and reliable PC

The rate for this position is $13 - $18/hour.
